Spira International Aluminum Boat Plans
I have done a number of custom designs for both small boats and larger workboats in aluminum, so I have planned out many models to design and add to my reportoire of stock plans. As I add additional plans, I'll add them to the list. In which order I design the new models depends on input from my customers. My priorities are, and will always be: 1st) those plans people purchase, 2nd) those plans people request and agree to purchase once complete, 3rd) the rest. In other words, if want to build one of these boats someday, let me know. If you want to build one right away, let me know and buy the plans after I respond with price and timing.

Aluminum Boats
In 2000, Dave Gerr published his book, "Elements of Boat Strength" that standardized steel and aluminum boat framing into a reliable engineering procedure. I took Gerr's methods and applied them to my easy-to-build standard designs and have come up with these plans for the home builder. Enjoy!
